French Woods 15 Campsite

What is French Woods 15?

Greetings! You have landed at the campground of French Woods 15 - which is simply one unique and beautiful campsite. A great getaway for a native Vermonter or a traveller who wants a taste of the Green Mountains. The camp is set on fifteen acres of wooded and open property, with plenty of room for a family and an RV. Extra tent sites are also available. Enjoy exploring the ponds, over two miles of trails with wooden walkways and designated points of interest, and the four hand-made bridges that cross the winding brook while you stay.

Why here?

Are you looking for a private spot to park your RV? Would you like to paint or write or meditate? Perhaps you just want to fill your senses with nature: hear bird sounds, breathe in clean air, watch stars in the night sky. It's all here nestled in the green mountains of central Vermont. French Woods 15 offers a unique camping experience because there is only one site. That's right -- only one site. Yours!

It's perfect for campers or RV'ers looking for a bit more privacy than the average RV or camping park. And it is typically very quiet, private, and an amazing area for relaxing. There are twenty-three scenic nature sites around the woods to view, and there are a couple picnic tables and fireplaces for cooking, and we have a full hookup for your RV(electric, water, and waste.)

There is an abundance of wildlife and birds for nature lovers, plenty of local backroads(and trails) for biking and hiking, and it's really a one-of-a-kind place to enjoy the best of Vermont. The only thing you won't have here is cable and Internet. It's the ideal refuge after a busy day of sight-seeing, fun around the mountains, or a family event. Please come and see for yourself!
